Member Endurance Challenge
July 1-31
All month long, members will compete to see who can hold the longest in their group. Members will be divided by age group and gender.
The age groups are:
14-17 | 18-29 | 30-44 | 45-59 | 60-74 | 75+
The Challenge:
• Longest Plank
• Longest Pull-Up Bar Hang
The Grand Prize*
Choice of a $100 Massage Envy or Dick’s Sporting Goods gift card.
A staff member must witness each lift for it to count.

*Each male and female winner in each age category will be entered into the grand prize drawing. There will be one male and one female winner selected for their choice of either gift card.
