Receive one-on-one attention from a certified personal trainer. Partner training is also available. Workouts can be modified for all ability levels. Special member pricing is offered. Personal training is open to non-members as well (additional fees apply).

Personal Training Policies
- Participants must be 11 years of age or older.
- All packages are nonrefundable unless there is a medical reason.
- Packages expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Training cannot begin before payment is made.
- Cancellations less than 24 hours before an appointment start time will be charged to the client’s account.
TRENDS IN TRAINING

TRX Suspension Training
Suspension training works your core while increasing strength, endurance, balance, coordination and flexibility. TRX uses gravity and body weight to make workouts more challenging. Recommended for ages 16+.

This challenging strength and conditioning program consists of constantly varying functional movements designed to maximize results and push fitness limits.
