Yoga in the Park

This Vinyasa style of yoga in nature uses postures and breathing techniques through continual movements from one pose to another. This discipline gives a cardiovascular benefit, which more traditional forms of yoga do not. It can also increase muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility and reduce stress levels.
